Service Description

Davenport Host Co. provides a guest-support SMS line for vacation rental properties in Davenport, FL. Guests text a property code (e.g., "SUNSET") to receive gate codes, WiFi credentials, checkout times, and property information.

Your Consent

By texting us, you consent to receive transactional replies related to your active reservation. This is a guest-initiated service — we do not send unsolicited messages.

SMS Program Terms

• Message frequency: Variable — only when you text in (typically 1–5 messages per stay)
• Msg & data rates may apply per your carrier plan
• Carriers supported: All major US carriers

Commands

• STOP — Opt out of all future messages (immediate). No further messages will be sent.
