Make every stay feel effortless.
A little more breathing room for you. StayXI helps answer routine guest questions by text, using information approved for your property.
Our take on AI for your guests during their stay.
What launch includes—and what happens next.
The pilot is one property and 30 days of automated guest text support, followed by a review—not an open-ended concierge commitment.
Before launch: set up and test
We configure property answers and an escalation contact with the host. The host reviews and approves them; together we test common questions, escalations, and SMS opt-out/help before guests receive the number.
During the pilot: support and learn
The host shares the guest-initiated text line. Automated replies use approved property information; uncertain questions are sent to the host, who remains responsible for follow-up. We review activity and feedback weekly to spot recurring needs.
At day 30: review and decide
We review usage, answer quality, escalations, and repeated guest needs. The host can stop or discuss a separately priced continuation. Future add-ons will only be offered after they are scoped, built, tested, and priced.
A practical first step: a 30-day pilot.
Try the guest text line with one property. Setup and a review are included; any ongoing price is discussed before you decide whether to continue.

- Questions the system cannot answer confidently are escalated to the host's configured phone
- Review guest-message, answer, and escalation counts in the property dashboard
- Setup, test with the operator, and review results at the end of the pilot
Pilot terms: $49 is a one-time test fee for the first 30 days, invoiced manually before launch. There is no automatic renewal, and the ongoing price has not been set. Guest SMS/data charges may apply under the guest's mobile plan.
Scope: This is automated property-specific text support, not staffed concierge or emergency coverage. Live weather, reservations, tickets, grocery delivery, and PMS/booking integrations are not included. The host remains responsible for guest safety and responding to escalations.
Possible paid add-ons, shaped by pilot needs
During the trial, we review logged questions, escalations, and host feedback to build a categorized picture of what guests need. Repeated, validated needs may become add-ons; these are candidates, not services currently included or for sale.
